Room rates are $120-$145 depending on amenities and season. A full breakfast is included in the rates. Additional guests per room are $15 each. Rates are subject to change and do not include tax. We have a 2-night minimum stay on all holidays and on weekends during the months of May, June, July, August and October. However, shorter stays may become available due to scheduling, so please don't hesitate to check with us. We'll try to accommodate a one-night stay on weekends when we can.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required.  VISA and Master Card accepted.  Or, your reservation will be held for 7 days awaiting receipt of your personal check.   Balance is due upon arrival.  You are responsible for your entire confirmed stay.

Cancellations:   If your travel plans change, your deposit is fully refundable if adequate notice is received.  For holidays and special events, 2 weeks advance notice of cancellation is required.  For all other times, 7 days advance notice is required.  Deposits are non-refundable if less notice is received.  Please do not ask us to waive our cancellation policies as they are crucial to the management of a small inn.

Check-in is 3-6 p.m. unless special arrangements are made.  Check-out is 11 a.m.

The inn is best suited for adults.  However, well-behaved, closely-supervised children are welcome in rooms that can accommodate an additional person.  Please tell us when you are making a reservation if you are traveling with children.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is permitted only on the decks or in the courtyard.
